Iconic Beauty

Posted by: administrator

When graphic designer-turned-yogi, Allison Vieger decided on the details for her wedding to her beau, musician, Taylor Vieger, her vision was clear: minimal bliss.

The gown she chose was a stunning Angel Sanchez with a beautifully embroidered bodice. The location, the Dallas Museum of Art. When it came time for the invitations, we had much to live up to. Allison’s idea of using the embroidered detail from the front of her dress as an icon for the evening was perfect.

A big fan of Sanchez gowns, I was bent on finding the right mix of simplicity and elegance. Allison and I worked on the design together. I made the crest and she resolved the layouts. Her choice of black and white (colorless impression) was a perfect compliment to her sophisticated affair.

Allison and Taylor embellished the reception with the design from Allison’s dress. From napkins to wall projections, their tasteful style was the talk of the evening. I was fortunate enough to attend the ceremony and reception, a rare and precious experience. I couldn’t have been more pleased to have been part of such a stylish evening, especially as I heard the constant chatter about this beautiful couple’s sense of creativity and class.

Cheers, Allison and Taylor! Here’s to many years of happiness, and by all means, keep those creative juices flowing!
