The Assembly Speialist position is responsible for the day-to-day assembly all types of orders and quality control of our product. Attention to detail is a must!

Typical work activities will include: 

  • checking product for imperfections 
  • preparing raw materials for an array of printing methods
  • collecting and organizing web orders
  • being the final checkppint for product specifications to ensure they were followed
  • maintaining and improving inventory organization
  • adhering to the standards of the brands Bell'INVITO and Print Shoppe, and their clients
  • ensuring standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met
  • troubleshooting technical difficulties to solve problems that arise naturally with hand-assembled products
  • managing your own time and work-load to maintain deadlines
  • lifting items weighing twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance
  • completing a basic training program so that in an urgent situation, you can cover for a team member in your department who is out
  • knowledge of specialty printing a plus
  • moving quicky and deftly through various orders
