Bell’INVITO Custom Orders Terms and Conditions
We will use our email timestamp to begin your production timeline.
ALL ESTIMATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE if any specification, timeline, or design changes are made. APPROVED PROOFS are the only document that go to production and final billing .You will be charged according to the final specifications on your approved proofs, regardless of any other communication.
All product is made to order. No returns, exchanges, or redos for any reason other than a mistake made at the factory. Mistakes do not include any normal result of the printing process as they are applied to the materials specified in the order. Be sure to look at existing samples to understand the nuances of this type of custom product. If you have requested materials and processes that are not part of our normal production, this is considered experimental. We love to experiment and push the limits with our clients; however, WE DO NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR THE OUTCOME if it is not what the client or we hoped for.
All products have a “typical timeline” for artwork and production that is quoted with the price. These timelines are not guaranteed. Give plenty of time for things to happen that may affect production timelines. Damaged materials may have to be reordered, and unforeseen illness and weather-related incidents have been known to affect timelines. We do not offer discounts or refunds for extended timelines. Custom orders are delicate and meticulous to produce. It is highly recommended that they be placed within plenty of cushion time.
NEED IT FASTER?
RUSH, when available, is 10% per day of the cost provided to the client. Business days are M-F and do not include national holidays and seasonal factory closings. All timelines are based on equipment availability, staffing, materials requested, and required craftsmanship for the above specifications. No timelines are guaranteed. An extended timeline does not result in any reduced cost or discounts. Changing your approved proofs will change your timeline and cost. If a change is made after production approval, we provide a new balance due in full when your product ships. No custom products ship with an outstanding balance.
THE ARTWORK (including private label printing)
*** If you provide artwork on our Layout Templates, no proof charges are added. We will not check or alter provided artwork. The printability of all provided artwork is the responsibility of the provider. Compromised quality due to line density or lack thereof, spotty coverage, color misrepresentation, or any other misunderstanding or unforeseeable issue that may arise is the full responsibility of the client. We are not liable for any reprints and no discounts for a printed custom job are given if the job is completed to the specification on the layouts. Digital artwork (PDF proofs, etc.) cannot be replicated by specialty printing and is an indication of color placement only. We fully expect all submitting designers to know how to design for the printing methods or combinations requested.
THE MATERIALS
Not all materials and designs do well with specialty printing. The Print Shoppe at Bell’INVITO is ONLY responsible for artwork created by in-house staff on materials we stock. By approving a proof, clients understand and accept our polite but firm policy of no exceptions, refunds, or reprints on custom production when art or materials are provided.
THE PRODUCTION TIME
Your proof approval begins your production timeline.
Need to Cancel?
All design hours for layouts, custom or stock graphics, calligraphy artwork, illustrations, monogram art, and any other commissioned art are due in full before artwork begins. There are no refunds. Special order materials, including but not limited to paper, envelopes, and inks, are non-refundable.
Once you have made a deposit, art begins. If you cancel before you have approved your order, your deposit less the above will be credited back to you on the same method it was received, less 8% credit card fees if charged on a card.
If you choose to keep a Bell'INVITO credit, 100% of the above will be given to you in credit.
If you cancel after you have approved your proof, no refunds are given. Your initial deposit of a full 50% of the full printing and materials cost is due to cover time and materials pre-prepared for your order at the point of approval. Any applicable design time areis additionally due in full.
Full Project orders are non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY
General, non-personalized merchandise may be returned within 7 business days from the day the order was received if there is a damaged or incorrect product. A call tag will be sent via email, and a refund will be processed once the merchandise is back at the Bell’INVITO warehouse. Store credit only after 7 days. No refunds or exchanges on personalized or custom orders.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. For engraved leather items and calligraphed WiFi cards, please add an additional 5-7 days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays.
