Bell'INVITO Experiences offer private consulting in etiquette, executive presence, communication strategy, and social intelligence. Engagements are structured as professional consulting — not therapy, life coaching, counseling, or psychological services — and are focused on observable behavior, communication, and decision-making in real-world professional and social environments.
Heather Wiese works with individuals, executives, and organizations navigating high-stakes situations where perception, discretion, and confidence are deciding factors. Clients include professionals seeking to refine their presence, executives preparing for elevated environments, and organizations investing in the interpersonal performance of their teams.
These services are available to clients based in Texas and across the United States. All engagements are conducted in English and delivered via secure video conference unless otherwise arranged.
Service & Refund Policy
All consulting sessions are confirmed upon payment and are non-refundable. Because each engagement is prepared specifically for you, cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session forfeit that session in full. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice may be applied as a credit toward a future session at Heather's discretion — no cash refunds are issued.
Custom order consultations are non-refundable. Once a custom printing project enters production following proof approval, no refunds or cancellations are accepted.
In-person appointments are non-refundable. Payment for an in-person session may be applied toward a custom order placed within 30 days of the appointment date.
Package sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused sessions do not expire within the agreed engagement period but may not be extended beyond it without a new agreement.
Jurisdiction & Governing Law
Bell'INVITO LLC is a Texas-based business. All engagements — including those initiated by clients outside Texas — are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Dallas County. By booking a session or placing a custom order, clients outside Texas acknowledge and agree to this jurisdiction.

How far in advance should I order custom wedding invitations?
A minimum of 10 to 12 weeks for a full custom suite; however begin a minimum of 16 weeks prior for letterpress, engraving, or specialty materials with traditional design, and 20+ weeks ahead with custom detailed design.
How much will it cost to create the invitation suite I found on Pinterest?
