This item is created on demand. No refunds or exchanges. Once an order has begun, if it is canceled before a proof approval for production is given, a 50% refund is issued to the credit card provided for initial payment. Most orders take 12-14 business days to produce. Holidays and weekends do not count as business days. Orders with higher quantities and add-ons will take extra time.
