All customized products are non-refundable once ordered. Proofs must be approved in writing via email to be moved into production. Most design changes happen same day, however during busy times may take up to 2 business days to return for a client’s approval or further revisions. Once an order moves to production, 2-3 weeks is required for production during normal times and 3-5 weeks during high-season. No timelines are guaranteed. Rush production is usually available for an additional cost. Artisans to create this product are a rare and highly specialized. All products are hand-made, requiring multiple artisans. Due to the nature of production, please be knowledgable about limitations and expectations before ordering. We don’t know what you don’t know. Ask lots of questions and order samples.
