1st Proofs are sent without your photo the next business day. 2nd proofs will include your photo and must be approved before production time begins. This product takes approximately 6-8 days to produce before the peak season and 9+ days after the holiday rush begins.

Add-ons such as envelope liners, color changes/upgrades, print method upgrade, printed & mounted photos, and recipient addressing may be discussed with your designer for their respective pricing, and added anytime before final approval.

Quantity:

This item is created on demand. No refunds or exchanges. Once an order has begun, if it is canceled before a proof approval for production is given, a 50% refund is issued to the credit card provided for initial payment. Production timeline doesn’t start until your personalized proofs are approved. Holidays and weekends do not count as business days. Orders with higher quantities and add-ons will take extra time. All production times are standard and are quoted when the proof is approved. Your designer will provide rush options and additional services available for your order.
