This item is created on demand. No refunds or exchanges. Once an order has begun, if it is canceled before a proof approval for production is given, a 50% refund is issued to the credit card provided for initial payment. Production timeline doesn’t start until your personalized proofs are approved. Holidays and weekends do not count as business days. Orders with higher quantities and add-ons will take extra time.
