Wedding Branding and Websites

The initial consultation is one hour to brainstorm, get to know your style, and develop ideas about what might be the best direction to take design and production.
In-Person Cost: $500 deposit. Appointments are by referral only at this time. Virtual appointments are free. Call 214.741.1717 for help booking.
Next Step: approve your design package proposal. This takes 2 days to a week, depending on the complexity of our request, to compile and send to you. To move forward, payment for the design time quoted is due. If production is needed, a 50% project deposit will begin your order.

Once your branding is designed, we can extend your concepts to invitations, reminder emails and texts, linens, favors, day-of decor, and much more. We work with you in your budget to get the most for your money.

Yes! You can have us produce our designs or you can take them an produce elsewhere. Once your designs are provided to you, they are yours to use and produce as you wish.

We quote more time as needed and you can pay as you go.

Once design work is done, it's done. Whether the designs are used or not, the service performed is not refundable, whether presented or in the works at the time of cancellation or a change request.

You are always welcome to call! Our business hours are M-F, 9 - 5:30pm. Pricing for invitations takes an expert who knows the pricing system and how to correctly price each process you request and the paper that is used—and if certain requests are feasible given the specialty printing processes. Because this knowledge is specific, immediate answers are hard to come by. If you are unable to talk to someone right away, we will take your information and call you back as quickly as possible.

A Quick Guide to Pricing
Specialty printing is priced based on the number of processes on each card.
Each color is its own process, requiring a printing plate and a manual set up on a vintage press by one of our artisans.
Below is a starting cost of suites consisting of an invitation, mailing envelope, reply card and reply envelope.
Each order is fully customized. You may add processes, pieces, and accents like envelope liners, die-cut card shapes, wax seals, ribbons, belly bands, and more. These items are quoted on request.
Every custom order at Bell’INVITO includes time with founder Heather Wiese to consult on etiquette for your specific occasion and circumstances and provide layouts for approval.
Each color is applied by a single, etched printing plate.
The Single Color Suite
The Two-Color Suite
A second “color” is a separate plate, setup, and individually hand-fed, perfectly registered pass through our rare engraving or letterpress machines.
The Premier Suite
Premier wedding invitations combine more colors and print methods. Papers can be made thicker. Envelopes can be made custom. Folders, folios, pockets, and boxes can be added—and card shapes are only the beginning.
