  • All customized products are made-to-order from day one, and therefore non-refundable once ordered

  • Proofs must be approved in writing via email before production begins

  • Number of complimentary proofs is quoted with your order. Typically, the first 2–3 proofs are complimentary and delivered via emailed PDF

  • Text revisions are typically returned same business day for font-based designs; up to 2 business days during peak season

  • Standard production: 2–3 weeks; High season: 3–5 weeks

  • Rush production available at additional cost

  • Each order comes with a direct line for personal service that can be called or texted

  • Each order comes with a personalized approval timeline
