A wedding invitation is the first thing your guests hold. Before the flowers, the music or the venue, it tells them how the day will feel. Bell'INVITO has spent two decades making that first impression with engraving, letterpress, foil, embossing and hand-painted edges, and making sure every word on the card is correct.

The Whole Suite, From Save-the-Date to Day-Of

How It Works

OrderChoose a Bespoke design online and order the lowest quantity you think you'll need. (You can increase it before you approve to print.) For a Commission, approve your estimate and a deposit reserves your place in our design schedule.
ProofOnce a Bespoke order or Commission deposit is received, we design and send proofs; each design lists how many rounds are complimentary. Quantity, wording and colors stay flexible until you approve your proof.
Approve & printOnce your proof is approved, printing begins. Engraved and letterpress suites ship about three weeks later; completely custom work, four to five.
Pay the balance & deliverAdded quantity or upgrades are usually settled when your order is ready to ship. Then your invitations are ready for their debut.

Calligraphy addressing, assembly and concierge delivery are available on request. In busy seasons they're first come, first served — ask early if you'd like them.

Your quantity, wording and colors stay flexible until you approve your proof.

How we work

The Bell'INVITO Etiquette Promise

Your words deserve the same attention as your paper, colors and design. Every client is offered Heather's guidance on the hosting line, formality, names, enclosure cards and envelopes, so you always know what best etiquette is for your situation, and the final choice is always yours. It's the same guidance she has given readers of Town & Country, Harper's Bazaar and The Washington Post. The Bell'INVITO Library covers the essentials if you'd like a head start: formal invitation wording, how to address your envelopes and who should receive an invitation.

Your guests will forget the favors. They keep the invitation.

Questions Couples Ask First

How much do custom wedding invitations cost at Bell'INVITO?
Suites customized from our Bespoke Collection begin around $4,000 for 50 sets and $4,650 for 100. Completely custom commissions are quoted individually and typically range from $5,000 to $20,000 or more. Every quote covers the complete suite, not just the card.
How far in advance should I order?
Begin eight to ten months out. Engraved and letterpress orders ship about three weeks after proof approval; completely custom work takes four to five weeks. Invitations mail six to eight weeks before the wedding.
What's the difference between engraved and letterpress?
Engraving raises the ink and leaves an impression on the back; it's the most formal process. Letterpress presses ink into the paper for a soft, tactile finish. Engraving is typically the higher investment.
Do you also print save-the-dates and day-of stationery?
Yes. Letterpress, engraved and foil save-the-dates begin around $1,835 for 30, and programs, menus, place cards, signage and thank-you notes are designed to match your suite.
Do you work with couples outside Dallas?
Yes. Consultations are by video, samples and proofs ship to you, and finished suites ship to you or your planner anywhere in the country.
What if my guest count changes after I order?
Adjust it during proofing — order the lowest quantity you think you'll need, and increase it before you approve your proof. Added quantity is usually settled when your order is ready to ship. Changes after approval are the expensive ones. Design time spent on proofs is non-refundable.
Do you offer addressing, assembly and delivery?
Yes, on request: calligraphy addressing, assembly and concierge delivery. In busy seasons these are first come, first served, so let us know early.
Can I see the paper before I order?
Yes. Paper and print samples are available for most suites, and every order includes a proof before anything goes to press. The proof deposit is applied to your final order.
Is wording and etiquette help included?
Always offered. Every client can have Heather's guidance on best etiquette for their situation — hosting line, names, enclosure cards — and the final choice is always yours.
